Charlotte is a trainee solicitor. She works in our Investment Fraud and Mis-Selling team on behalf of group and individual claimants.
Charlotte has specific experience acting on behalf of claimants in complex litigation with a focus on securing financial settlement in high-value claims. She is knowledgeable about advising high-net-worth individuals in connection with their assets and financial matters. Charlotte has also gained exposure to high court litigation as well as alternative forms of resolution such as mediation.
With a keen interest in volunteering and pro bono work, Charlotte previously volunteered as an advisor and training mentor at the Citizens Advice Bureau. She has also worked alongside charities such as Sport4Life and Age UK.
Charlotte secured her law degree from the University of Nottingham in 2018. She is currently undertaking an LPC MSc in Law & Business.
