Elliott is a trainee solicitor. He works on behalf of claimants in group and complex individual data breach and cyber security cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Elliott was employed at an international law firm as a litigation paralegal and a national law firm as a commercial litigation paralegal. Elliott has experience acting on behalf of both claimants and defendants in litigation.
Elliott graduated with a first-class LL.B (ranking top of his class and winning multiple university prizes) and completed the Legal Practice Course with a distinction. Elliott also completed his LL.M (where he focussed on group litigation in the UK) with a distinction.
