Nikoleta Christina Fytrou

Nikoleta works in our Investment Fraud and Mis-selling Team. The team’s main aim is to assist clients by recovering financial losses, often by fast tracking a claim through different services such as the FOS and the FSCS. Nikoleta helps with case preparation and progression by obtaining evidence for each claim.

Prior to joining our firm, Nikoleta was a paralegal at Irwin Mitchell Solicitors where she handled a high volume of personal injury cases, including holiday illness, road traffic accident, occupiers’ liability etc. She gained significant exposure to litigation while instigating settlement discussions and experience to cases at trial. While at Irwin Mitchell Solicitors, Nikoleta also participated in pro bono work based on the Amicus Florida Project, which focuses on protecting prisoners’ right to a fair trial and avoiding death penalties.

Nikoleta graduated from the Swansea University with a degree in Law (Bachelors) and from University of Birmingham with a Master’s Degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Justice.
