Georgina is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of KP Law. An experienced director and consultant, with a background in Financial Services, Operations, IT, Risk and Compliance, she ensures the seamless day-to-day operations of our firm.
Kingsley is a partner and Head of Data and Privacy Litigation at our firm. One of the UK’s foremost data breach lawyers, he leads a passionate team that includes some of the most skilled data breach lawyers in England & Wales.
Duncan is a partner and Head of Competition at KP Law. A barrister and solicitor-advocate, he has extensive experience acting for clients in high-value and business-critical litigation and arbitration. This includes before the English High Court, the International Court of Justice, and numerous arbitral bodies.
Mark is a partner and leading commercial disputes lawyer specialising in complex and commercially sensitive disputes involving fraud. Mark leads the KP Law Investment Mis-selling and Fraud team.
Tom is a partner and Head of Product Liability at KP Law. As an experienced barrister and qualified solicitor, Tom has appeared in the High Court in many complex and high value claims, as well as in appeals before the English appellate courts.
Hannah is a partner at KP Law. She is also Head of our London office and a member of our Senior Management Team. She oversees the day-to-day conduct of various group actions spanning emissions cases and investment fraud and mis-selling claims.
Montse is a legal director at KP Law. She has over 20 years of experience working on behalf of claimants and defendants and specialises in employers’ liability, public liability, and industrial disease claims.
Lesley-Ann is a senior associate. She has significant experience in high-value disputes across a broad range of sectors, including complex cross-border litigation and international arbitration.
Laura is a senior associate. She works across the full range of the firm’s data breach cases. This includes helping professional athletes whose performance data has been misused.
Matthew is a senior associate. An experienced litigator and manager, he is passionate about improving data protection standards across the UK. He has over ten years of regulatory experience as a compliance officer for legal practice (COLP).
Karolina is an associate – chartered legal executive. She has extensive experience working on behalf of consumers in financial mis-selling background. She is currently focused on recovering compensation for investment fraud and pension mis-selling clients.
Lucy is an associate. She has extensive experience acting for claimants from a diverse client base and has had significant involvement in developing high-value and complex claims across the firm’s various departments.
Jade is as an associate. She has significant experience in claimant-based group litigation against a range of financial services regulated firms, including pursuing claims via the FSCS.
Billy is an associate. He is involved in a number of the firm’s cases. He has experience in civil fraud cases, as well as shareholder and joint venture, oil and gas and pharmaceuticals disputes via both litigation and arbitration.
James is an associate. He has vast experience in data breach law, and his in-depth knowledge of GDPR compliance is instrumental as we carry out data breach investigations on behalf of our clients.
Thiago is an associate. An experienced dual-qualified litigator (civil and common law systems), he has vast experience managing and dealing with a substantial number of financial mis-selling cases in all litigation tracks.
Peter is an associate at KP Law. He works on group claims involving financial mis-selling and misconduct, helping to secure justice and compensation for our clients. Prior to joining our firm, Peter had a six-year spell at Clyde & Co in Birmingham.
Bill is an associate. In his career to date, he has focused solely on helping claimants secure access to justice. Bill takes great satisfaction in fighting unequal odds to achieve successful resolution via negotiated settlements.
Carter Young is an associate. She works across the full range of the firm’s various group and multi-claimant actions. She has significant experience in high-value disputes across a broad range of sectors, including, contentious trust, commercial, insolvency and regulatory matters and was involved with complex cross-border litigation.
Helen has over 20 years of experience specialising in risk and compliance for law firms. She has contributed to various legal publications and speaks at conferences on these subjects. Previously, Helen worked at the Law Society and the Solicitors Regulation Authority in a variety of roles.
Anthony is our firm’s Commercial Officer. Anthony has a proven track record in strategic business growth.
David is Head of Costs. He deals with cost reporting and training and advises our senior partners and management team on all areas of costs and costs litigation & funding.
Nick heads up our IT department.
Emma is Head of HR. She ensures that the business attracts, retains, and develops the best talent in our industry. She has breadth and depth of experience across the entire People and HR lifecycle.
Afton is our Client Services Manager. Maximising staff performance and processes to boost efficiency and satisfaction, Afton is committed to ensuring ongoing improvements and the best possible results for our clients.
Dan is Head of Finance. He is responsible for a wide range of deliverables, including ensuring that claimants receive their settlements in a timely manner. Dan is also our COFA.
