Keller Lenkner UK (now KP Law) is representing thousands of Police Officers seeking compensation for the Police Federation’s failure to adequately protect their personal and sensitive data when the Police Federation Membership database experienced a cyber attack in 2019.

On the 21st December 2021, Keller Lenkner UK served notice to the Police Federation over its intention to seek a Group Litigation Order from the High Court in early 2022.

News of this has been covered in InfoSecurity Magazine, 23 December 2021, Cybersecurity Insiders, 24 December 2021, Solicitors Journal, 29 December 2021, as well as in MLex, 11 January 2021.

In February 2024, our firm changed its name from Keller Postman UK to KP Law.
