Bill is an associate solicitor in our Data Breach team. He works on individual and group action claims.
After his undergraduate studies, Bill worked as a paralegal and accredited police station representative in a busy high-street criminal defence firm for five years. He then returned to full-time studies to complete his LPC. Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2011, Bill has specialised in niche areas of civil litigation at several leading national law firms. He has experience in occupational disease and illness, employer liability, and professional negligence claims.
In his career as a solicitor, Bill has focused solely on helping claimants secure access to justice. He has helped many clients navigate the civil justice system to the successful conclusion of their cases. While most clients were represented on a conditional fee agreement basis, Bill has ample experience acting for funded clients, such as trade union-backed clients.
Bill takes great satisfaction in building strong relationships with the people he represents, improving their confidence in the claims process, fighting against unequal odds to advance their cases through the courts, and achieving resolution via negotiated settlements.
Bill studied law at undergraduate level graduating from the University of Birmingham with an upper second-class LL.B (Hons) degree. He completed his postgraduate studies (PG Dip LPC) at Manchester Metropolitan University and graduated with distinction.
