Duncan is a partner and Head of Competition at KP Law. A barrister and solicitor-advocate, he has extensive experience acting for clients in high-value and business-critical litigation and arbitration. This includes before the English High Court, the International Court of Justice, and numerous arbitral bodies.
Prior to joining KP Law, Duncan qualified as a solicitor at DLA Piper in 2014 before moving to Linklaters two years later.
Duncan was a founder of Lanier Longstaff Hedar & Roberts (LLHR), a UK claimant firm which targeted group legal actions such as pharmaceutical claims, product liability and competition liability. LLHR later merged to become KP Law.
