Simon is a senior associate at Keller Postman UK. He focusses primarily on privacy and competition matters.
Simon has worked at Keller Postman UK since July 2020, having previously gained experience of class action and general civil litigation.
Simon has day to day conduct of various class actions on behalf of our firm, including the EasyJet, Equifax, Equiniti and Zoosk data breaches. He also develops new cases and is involved in various high-profile matters across different sectors including sports, media, and biometrics.
Simon also assists with competition matters and is keen to develop in this area. Further, he has a keen interest in crypto and blockchain technology and is developing related cases.
Simon studied at the University of Liverpool and holds higher rights of audience in both the civil and criminal courts.
